Hello everyone, if you haven’t been by recently or heard, then we’re letting you know from us that the sun has set on this adventure for Tuy. Chef Tuy has sold the restaurant and is off on a new adventure. So a new food truck is coming to Orlando and a city near you 👀. We’ll give more updates on these social pages as things develop. Tuy is still making and bottling her Hot Sauce so we’ll let you know more about where you can still get it.
Thank you so much for the last 3 years with Chef Tuy. It’s been such a wild ride with wonderful moments and wonderful memories. We hope to see familiar faces on this next endeavor for Tuy. SIMPLE INGREDIENTS BROUGHT TOGETHER—CREATE POWERFUL DISHES
The strongest of flavors can come from unusual places. Kaffir lime, grown throughout Thailand and S.E. Asia, the leaves are infused into some curries, as well as in soup. Galangal, also known as blue ginger, is used in similar dishes to add an earthy yet zesty flavor to a dish.

What’s the hurry when we have curry!?
The people of Thailand have done a marvelous take on curry. Carefully infusing different chilies, leaves, roots, & various spices. At Thai Jasmine House, you can find that our curry has layers of flavor, all an ode to every ingredient added.
Do you prefer the sweeter spiced massaman, the spicy red curry, or maybe the savory and robust yellow curry? Stop by Thai Jasmine House to try all our fabulous curry, and make sure to spice it up! |
Pad Thai
Pad Thai is the national dish of Thailand. It’s also happens to be one of the top ten dishes of the world. After you come in and try it, we’re sure you can see why it holds its rank. Tangy, sweet, bitter, and salty. All these flavors can be found in a proper Pad Thai. The original recipe doesn’t call for paprika, nor is it a very wet noodle dish. Which many Americanized versions of pad Thai have seem to come about.

WE CATER TO THE MULTITUDES
Thai food is very versatile. It has many different flavor profiles, due to various ingredients found on different parts of plants. Many dishes can be made completely plant based, suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike without compromising flavor. In fact, many Thai dishes can be easily incorporated for a very healthy life style. Some of the basics of Asian food, Thai food being no exception, is sweet, salty, spicy, and bitter. Many dishes despite having meat use it more as an accent of flavor, not as a bulk of the dishes like found in many western parts of the world. Plants, whether cut up vegetables, roots, leaves or some plant derivative like coconut milk, fills the bulk of Thai cuisine making them healthier alternatives to your weekly diet.
